Restaurant “Kasper Suski” is rich in two experienced, excellent culinary chefs. Anyone who argues that knows that the best chefs are men should definitely enjoy the specialties of our ladies.
Since 1997 she has been working in the catering and training new trends in culinary arts. I’m a multiple winner of the prestigious competition named Tadeusz Malysiak “Edit Dan Easter” – specification “Kitchen Court” and several other ones in Malopolska ,for example. “Competition sour soup” or “Best Cold Dish” in Cracow.
In 2002, she gained one of the most esteemed awards in catering “Golden Frying Pan” for, among other things tartare with trout, tenderloin with mushrooms and onion soup.
In 2009, I became a member of the Polish Association of Cooks and Confectioners. For several years she has been working in the restaurant “Kasper Suski” as a chef.
Specializing in creating new dishes based on good, traditional Polish cuisine, which is characteristic of our restaurant,
taking into account the natural and healthy ingridients of course.
I am the head chef at the restaurant “Kasper Suski”. Her professional experience was honed while working at the restaurant under the supervision of Mrs. Barbara Jaglarz and also by taking part in numerous training sessions and competitions.
Three times have I participated in the National Competition Kitchen Dworska in Baranow Sandomierski earning high places.
I took part in the Polish Culinary Cup, Festival sour soup, and the competition dining in the Western Malopolska having contributed to win the “Golden frying pan.”
I’m glad that I work in this profession which is also my passion. In cooking I like to experiment and combine new flavors. I am currently trying my best to fulfill professional obligations and ensure that the quality of food meets the culinary expectations of our customers.
